Timing tool in the PNW?

I'm kind of curious how this worked out.
Floattubr being new here, wouldn't necessarily know this, but
it's 'traditional' for the requestor, to travel to where the tools are, and for the tool owner to do the work.
In this case, I would assume Floattubr would travel to Nero, bringing his own timing light. And Nero having not used the tools yet, they would work out who does what, at Nero's place.
On a personal note, if I had the tools, I wouldn't be willing to pack them up and send them off to someone I don't know. In hopes of getting them back at all, let alone, not broken or altered.
To me, asking to borrow someone's tools long distance is kind of like asking to borrow the wife, if you know what I mean...

I don't know about that. I've met a few people who would have been happy to have one of those gone for a little while. and I don't think they'd let their tools out of sight
