I have the same mirrors, I stuck convex mirrors on part of them, they're amazing.

I hope there is a big “Wide Load” sign on the back of your truck!
Thats a good idea! Wifey makes paint stencils for her small business. She did a "Rusty But Trusty" one for me to paint onto my fenders when I get around to repainting the truck later this year, maybe I should have her do a wide load one for the rear of the bed too!. I do have amber LEDs illuminating the edges and corners of the bed, trailer hitch, bumper etc and have several to go on the edges of the mirrors...but yeah, they are large to say the least.

So if you do want to do new mirrors, I recommend checking out Finditparts.com

I picked up stainless steel and US built mirrors for around 80$ a set and NAVISTAR brand, Built in the USA all stainless frames for 100$ for the pair off this site. I was shocked, the build quality is good, even tested the metal and it is actually 304L stainless steel. Also uses stainless locking rings on the arms instead of the cheaper plastic compression sleeves that alot of knockoffs use.

The mirrors on my 89 are wider than the ones on the 91. Nothing like as wide as yours, but wide enough.

We have a narrow bridge on Hwy 2, near index. One day, driving the 89, I was crossing that bridge when someone coming the other way, had mirrors like yours.

I got as far to the right as I dared. I think they did as well.

Still heard a distinct *ting*, as we passed each other at 60MPH. LOL

I bought another '86 bronco with a 302......it might be an addiction.....but it frees up my '84 bronco to be my IDI bronco, so as to keep up with Mr Cool IDIbronco. But what I think would be cool is to find one of those diesel Couriers, they sound like little tractors! But what did I do with MY truck today? I delivered a lawnmower with it!

one of those diesel Couriers,
Boy I'm learning about several diesel trucks that I didn't know about. I did know that they had diesel Luv/P'ups and diesel Ram 50/Mitsubishi (what ever they were called) trucks. I got to help R&R the engine on a Ram 50 with a diesel and it was even 4X4. I guess I should have known about the Couriers since I've seen a diesel powered Mazda. Apparently I wasn't putting 2 and 2 together.
I do think that a IDI swap is easier on a Bronco with a carb. You don't have to deal with all of the electronics. I did feel that my 86 was fairly easy in the fact that the pick up fuel line from the tank was 3/8" so I was able to reuse it. I don't know if your 84 would have the same plastic covered 3/8" feed line as my 86 and our IDIs have.

There's diesel rangers from the 80s and tempos, look em up! Yeah, I know about the fuel line. I have another 86 that's rough for parts. My 84 is in really great shape, I think this "new" 86 might be as good as my 84 but it's all together. I purposely took my 84 apart and sold the drivetrain so I would have to IDI it. It's a long story, you should have been there.

I did know about those. I've driven a diesel Tempo before. It was at least a 150 mile round trip so I got a little experience with it. I've driven a diesel Cutlass before. We called that the Gutless Cutlass. I've found out that there was a Pontiac 6000 with a diesel in it too.
