Well, found my oil leak. Have a steady stream of blowby coming through the RTV seal at the rear of my valley pan. Since replacements are still non-existent (or $450 on eBay) I'll be reusing my old one.

I figure I'll do you all a favor, since as soon as I finish the work to reseal mine the replacements will suddenly be back in stock.LOL

That's when you order 10 for next time, right? Glad you found your leak. The one I reused is still running perfectly.

Well, shows how many years it's been since I dug into my engine. Gasket material was well cooked onto the heads and all tore from the pan (also forgot about the little coolant ports that were blocked off). Looking like I'll be spending part of tomorrow cutting new gaskets for the pan to heads.
