Gonna run a big wire brush though that to get any slag out? Would hate to see a turbine chewed up..

Was thinking to sand blast it when done, always finding more.

I did pick up all the studs the hardware store had, was not many. There is room for these to work out but there will be no room to install this one with the oil cooler on.

Using this point dose not give a good point fliped ether way, so cant use this convenient point.

With the tab cut can slid it back such that would be in a place that will work.

This is where that mock up puts it, going to think on this. Think want to lower it and tip it in some.

That could cause issues with flow and this is what I came up with...

Thinking about a radius on this sharp turn.

You know I was wondering about flow issue with those hard edges, but looks like you got it down for now.
Now you just gotta make a tubular exhaust manifold. Wouldn't that just be sick.

Tempting but dont want to recreate this like a cave man, give me a mill or cnc then may weigh the option.

I tried twice to make a complex shape fit here and failed.

So made a simple shape first...

Then made the up pipe fit it, not exactly what I wanted but will do.

The inner will further get ground after welded.

I see one made of all dom as a second option, made somewhat like I have. Reason I could see to go to thin wall tube is to make twin scroll manifolds, they would pair as 1/5 3/7 2/6 4/8. That would not be optimal tho, 1/4 2/5 3/8 6/7 would be best. Issue there is that would have to grab from both banks, that would be a mess of pipes for two and a single large twin scroll would be best. So dont see benifit of a header over a log type manifold, since these engine dont see the rpm to warent proper flowing headers. You are right in that I have made the needed template to work off, know relation of the t3 to the heads. Another option is make molds base on these templates to cast manifold, but dont think I want to play the founder. I would rather deligate manual labor to a robot over slaving over fire and brimstone.

Edit: these are what would be clased as 180 header, now think about snaking all that piping.

Now to cut for the keystone...

Nice lego puzzle. You're going to need a few more zip ties to hold 15 lbs of boost though!
