Good morning and Happy Thursday. Like so many things these days, I am at a crossroad that requires downsizing, and there's just not enough room in my life for two diesel trucks. I really, really like the Centurion that I acquired this past Fall, but the reality is that the PSD just suits my needs better (insert IDI owners flaming me here).

I would really like this truck to go to a good home, especially as opposed to having to deal with Craigslist/Facebook flakes. Here's the description as best as I know it for this vehicle:

- 1985 F250XL Centurion Explorer 2WD. Note that there's Centurion specific paperwork from the original sale of the truck in 1984.
- Extended cab, captains chairs with folding armrest, all the wood trim and overhead console options that Centurions came with.
- Power steering, power brakes, power windows, power locks, air conditioning, CB radio. Despite it being an XL, it's pretty option loaded.
- 6.9 Normally Aspirated with C6 transmission. 147K miles. I have receipts for a new injector pump, injectors and filters at 116K, which makes the fuel system about 30K miles old.
- It has been converted to a manual glow plug button. It starts very nicely, down to 20F as that's as cold as it's been here.
- Filters, sunshield, fan clutch wrench, full service manuals, all can be seen in the back seat pictures.

I really bought this truck with the intentions of keeping it, and I think you can see it by the list of things I've acquired for it since I bought it which include:

- Orings kit for injectors: a couple of them weeped so I got a kit from R&D and swapped all of them.
- Two studded Pirelli tires mounted and balanced on factory ford steel wheels. I hoped to get up the mountain and ski but did not so far this year. Tires on the truck are Toyo's in very good condition. The Pirelli's tread depth looks almost new.
- GearVendors Overdrive with IDI specific C6 transmission and output yoke. I really intended to put overdrive in this truck as I like to drive my stuff.

As much as it pains me to let it go, I would feel really good about somebody on here buying it. I am asking $6500, which I think is a really fair price for a really original Centurion truck that I will regret getting rid of later on. Pics attached, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

If I wasn't on the other side of the country I'd be interested. I'm sure I'd miss whatever vehicle the wife would make me get rid of, but I've always wanted a matching paint version of my 4 door IDI just like this with an extended cab and auto so the wife could drive it too if need be. Good luck.

Don't worry, the truck has wheels and a radio...it'll get you back home. :Thumbs Up
