You guys apparently have a lot more room between the seat and the pedals. Mine is a standard cab. My seat is back as far as it will go. And that tropicana bottle jammed between the seat and the brake pedal holds the pedal pretty much about all the way down, no problem.

There you go. I noticed a few years ago how uncomfortable it is in a standard cab sitting right on top of the steering wheel LOL more room in crew and extended cab trucks.
Unfortunately, I can't change that.

Almost done with the bed and frame extensions on Earl Sr. Laid down 2 plates of 5/16" diamond plate, built a support crossmember with frame brackets and risers and welded in one of the bumper mount plates. That bumper plate is 1" thick welded to the 3/4" thick frame extension. Full bevel with a 1/8" Root opening, 30v 375 IPM wire feed spray transfer. Full root fusion followed by 2 fill passes to bring it up to flush. Then welded all around inside and outside of the frame with 1" Fillet welds. Last thing I have to do is weld in the 3/8" Gusset plates, one under the frame, one inside the frame. The bumper will be bolted thru the plate with 4 9/16" bolts on each side of the frame.

Well back to rehanging the adjuster so I dont have noisy brakes. Think found the fault this round, there was a rounded tooth on the adjuster.

Stopped by my buddy's place to meet his new German Shepherd, she's a sweet dog.

Then I went to Lowes to pick up some minor supplies.

Looks like my patch job on the camper was MOSTLY successful. I left off one of the vent "domes" that are supposed to let you leave the vents open when it's raining because it was cracked pretty bad and I figured I'd just replace it at some point.

But... Apparently the lid for the vent leaks. It's 30 year old plastic for crying out loud. It's really no surprise, but it was leaking all over the mattress.

I put a drain pan over it last night and everything is dry this morning so.....

I scrubbed the dome down good and patched the crack with some of the Gorilla "waterproof patch and seal tape". I was going to try the flex seal tape, but it's literally twice the price.

Then I covered up another section that was weather checked pretty bad.

And then I put another piece on the inside of the crack to help hold it together.

I'll slap that on tomorrow and it should fix the problem for the time being!

Changed the 80-90 weight in the front diff, today.

I want to thank AGAIN, whomever recommended the air powered brake cleaner for getting the old fluid out.

This is the one I bought.

https://www.amazon.com/Titan-51885-1-Liter-Vacuum-Bleeder/dp/B016YW6XL2/

Gotta say, it kind of sucks as a brake bleeder. But for getting the fluid out of the front diff, it was a lifesaver. Only other method I have, is a hand pump, and I didn't want to wear myself out sitting there for an hour pumping that stuff out, while trying to keep the hose in the hole.
