My driver side power window switches work intermittently but the passenger door switch still works to roll that one down. The driver side lock button works too just not the windows. I am no electrician and not sure how to fix it. I tried following the wires that go through the door into the cab and up by the fuse box but I can't see behind the dash bezel. Do I just remove the dash bezel and check for loose wires? Should I cut out a hole into the dash bezel and patch it with gorilla tape? I dont even know if those wires go into a fuse box or a relay or how the wires even work. Please help where can I begin to learn how to do this electric stuff. Anyone have a wire diagram? Thank you

Pull the door card, get to the switch, obtain fault information, repair!
Mine was a loose mounting on the pass side....
Remember
These obs trucks, were manufactured following the mantra
Fast cheap and easy!

I'm no electrician either but I'll give this a shot. I'd look at replacing the power window switches on the driver's side. I believe that they wear out faster since they generally get used more than the passenger's side does.

I agree with @IDIBRONCO

Look for switches from "Switch Doctor", on amazon. They worked for me.

Thing is I was banging around near the fuse box and wiring after the windows stopped working and it ended up being functional again. So I am concerned maybe the connections on the back of the fuse box are bad. I think I might have to rebuild the fuse box. The only thing is it is hard to pull out the fuse box without taking the dash apart although I could be wrong I am new to all this maintenance stuff. Do you guys think I should just rip off the dash bezel and keep it off until I can fix these issues? I see a lot of people just taking the whole dash and steering wheel apart but I want to keep it functional. ALso I was playing around with the fuses and my vents started working again but then I pulled out one of the 10 amp fuses and it shut off

I may be wrong here, but I think that on your 91, the vent controls were still activated by vacuum. If they are, then the fuses have nothing to do with them working or not. From my limited experience with Bull Nose trucks only, the passenger's side window switches get their power through the driver's side. If the driver's side switch isn't installed, the passenger's side won't get any power. If yours works this way, then there isn't a fuse or power wire that can make the passenger's side work while the driver's side doesn't.

I would guess a simple continuity test would determine this quickly. Do you have a multimeter?

I'm the last person you want offering electrical advice, however I know some power window motors have a thermal overload. If you cycle the window up or down and it stops, then a short period later (30 sec) it works again, I'm betting you need a new power window motor.

Or better grounds.
Diagnosis 101
Hit the ground circuits FIRST!
Those thermal limit switches read flow and temp.
Guess what a bad ground does...
