I was wondering how much higher i have to relocate the break pedal pin to work with a hydroboost setup. I have a 9/16 bolt with lots of shoulder. I do see on some posts that 3/4 is the height but i thought i seen like 1in to 1 1/4 higher to center like 8 months ago but most threads say 3/4

Have you tried it without moving the pin? On my first truck I moved the pin. On my second truck I did nothing. The pedal is slightly higher, but after driving it that way it now feels natural.

you could also install your hydro boost and mark where the eye hits on your pedal arm and go from there.

That's how I did it to come up with 3/4".

In the stock position I felt it was binding.

Did you just go from 3/4 from center of old pin or the top of pin 3/4 up
From the link:

"Step 5:
Set up in your vice and drill a pilot hole 3/4" up the pedal from the center of the original pin hole. If that isn't clear the center of your old hole and new hole are 3/4" apart. "

I drilled and tapped the hole and chamfered the back side. After threading in the bolt I cut the excess threads off and welded a bead in the chamfer.
