Just a heads up, Dorman 76933 rear window latch replacement sucks. I removed the old pieces of the latch and screws all broke. I removed the window trim and I drilled everything out, cleaned the brackets up and epoxied the metal window plates to the windows since they were loose to begin with.

I made sure the holes were the correct size for the #8 self tapping screw and wouldn't ya know it, all 4 snapped before going in half way. So I used some more jb plastiweld now. I have the cap on most the time anyway. I assune the first time I go to latch or unlatch it, they'll pop off.

Stand by for a nicely fabricated latch following failure.

Thanks for the heads up! I've generally figured anything that says "Dorman" sucks and do my best to avoid them. :D
I will say the replacement pedal pads aren't bad.

The replacement glovebox latch is horrible.

The dome light cover is nice.

Turn signal plastic end is decent.

Edit: I used their front and side marker light sockets and they fit snug and were easy to solder in.

I have some Dorman plastic tailgate latch pieces waiting on the shelf to fiddle with over summer as well as some door panel plastic mounts. We will see how those work out. If Motorcraft branded stuff was still available, thats what I would buy for all these odds and ends but it seems to be Dorman or other cheapo places.
