Okay guys, thanks to the help of Rocky i was able to get things done a little faster!

I have replaced the injectors, return lines, batteries, starter, fuel pump, injection pump, and glow plugs(manual push button)

I am currently waiting for the diesel timing converter box in the mail. The truck will start when I spray, it will idle but smoke a lot. I took the truck around the block to see if moving the truck will get any remaining air bubbles out of the system, when I get to 2,000 RPM the truck will bug down( loss of power)

following day, I tried cold starting and no luck. I am currently on standby until the part comes in.
I am glad I could help Devin, and I look forward to the updates.

***update***

Got the diesel converter box from UK. Took about a week. Got everything all setup, started doing the timing, everything went well. When I started driving and hit 2k RPM I feel a lost of power.
I will do the timing again on Sunday because I got frustrated.

I got it to run a little better today. It just seems like whenever I adjust the IP,it doesn’t show with the timing light. Only way I can tell is my driving or the smoke out the exhaust.

That's odd. Post a pic of your equipment and how you have it set up. Show the adapter, light and pickup.

The rebuilt IP was bad, they reimburse me and I got a IP from the junkyard and put that it. I was able to get that timed up and had to change a new injector because it was defective. Now the truck is running well and smooth!

It's pretty sad when a junkyard IP is better than your "rebuilt" one was. Here's something else to think about. Although it's working right now, you don't know what the condition of your IP really is. You also had to replace a "new" injector already. Even though they came from Ford, they may not be any better than one that you buy from a parts store. It may be wise to start saving up to buy a good IP and set of injectors from one of the known good places. Russ (Typ4 on here), Mel (Agnem on here) from Conestoga Diesel, Wes (Thewespaul on here) from Classic Diesel Design, or Justin from R&D IDI Performance. Those are in no particular order of preference.

Absolutely! It is just a temp fix.
