Well gang the time has come. I need more interior space than she can provide.
Here's her info:

I’ve owned this truck for a little over two years now. I am the second owner; I purchased it from a family who used it on a farm. When I bought it she had 219k miles, she now has 222k. She was ordered and built right here in Virginia at the Norfolk Ford plant. She was fairly dirty when I bought her and I’ve since then spent that time cleaning her up. The previous owner was good on maintenance but short on cleaning. She’s not perfect as can be seen from the pictures, she’s got a few dents/dings but the paint still has some shine and she cleans up well. The hood and roof have a nice patina which I left alone and just chose to wax it to protect it. I believe the previous owner had some rust repaired on the fenders which is fairly common. There is no rust anywhere on the body other than the obvious little rock chips along the bottom of the body, this truck lived on dirt roads and is to be expected. I had the entire frame corrosealed(I will included extra) and the undercarriage of the body sprayed in rust convertor and painted. The previous owner installed a mild 4” rough country lift which works well. She came with Kenda Klever M/T 285/75R16 tires when I bought her and there is still plenty of tread left. She has custom 16” rims, not sure what brand, they were on the truck when I bought her but they complement well and are in excellent shape. They also come with locking lug nuts and I have the socket. I had the ball joints and tie rods replaced and an alignment done by Mr. Tire in Gainesville. The previous owner installed a new Stanadyne pump and injectors shortly before he sold the truck to me. As a result she fires right up even when it’s cold out. Heat and A/C work excellent. Cold idle advance works correctly. I had the window drip sills resealed and re painted. She recently passed safety inspection which is good till August 2021. I have the build sheet of what the truck came with when built. I’m also including factory service manuals on CD, a code reader with manual, a Snap On injector line wrench, and a bunch of extra parts(AC control, radiator, AC compressor, PSOM, etc). She has a trailer brake and a class three receiver. I ran Stanadyne brown through her every 6 months. Both tanks work. The previous owner had a Jasper tranny installed at 160k miles which came with a trans cooler. I installed an ARS truck topper, added new struts and a new locking T handle and limo tinted the windows. She came with a bed liner when I bought her. I also installed a tailgate lock. She comes with two sets of keys as well. I dynamated the entire cab so she’s much quieter to ride around in now. Below is a list of everything I’ve done to the truck since I purchased her, most of which I replaced simply as preventive maintenance due to them being the original parts to the truck. I have receipts for some of the work done and I can provide more if needed.

So you might be asking why I’m selling her after all this work. Well, for the best possible reason. I need more space! My children have been begging me to go outdoors and do stuff with their dad and I don’t have enough room to carry them so I need to upgrade. I had zero intentions of getting rid of this truck but life had other ideas and thus here we are. I would really like to see her go to someone who will take as good a care of her as I have.

Wow! Beautiful truck! It might help to post pictures of the interior, engine bay and the inside of the bed. None of my business, but might I ask a question about your conditions of sale? For a cash transaction, why are you specifically asking for withdrawal at time of sale? Perhaps a prospective buyer might have a safe at home.
I'm not in the market, but if I was...
