1973 Ford F600 Detroit Diesel 12V71 Swap

Looking for shop/service manual for 12v71, who might sell them.

Confirm bellhousing type, clutch pack,

Fuller 6 speed from a medium duty ford is going behind this, think it uses a number 2 bellhousing.

Cool idea! Love them buzzin dozen!
The 6 speed is going to have a rough life, even though it is a light truck. It is going to take some sae size adapters to get it connected to the Detroit. Much easier to run 9,10 or 13 speed.
You are going to have 1/2 of the engine under the cab btw.

You will WANT a lot more gears than that with a Screamin' Jimmy up front.
