I filled up today. I think something had to be wrong with the station because it was pumping extremely slow. Got bored of waiting so I messed with the camera

I had that happen to me a couple of weeks ago. I swear that it took at least 10 minutes to pump 4.5 gallons of fuel. I had plenty of time to wash all of the windows, clean the headlights, and then watch most of the Trump parade that went by before I gave up, paid, and went on down the road another 20 miles to fill up the rest of the way.

I REALLY hate it when you a pump does that to you. I would have been happy to fill my tank in 15 minutes, but I was tired of waiting and wanted to head home.

This was my attempt to take a picture of my boost and egts. More egts’s. I’m running 70 at 1900 rpm. Before it was always up around 850, now it’s down to 700.

I was told that this is often caused by clogged filters at the gas station... and that you probably don't want to be pumping diesel into your vehicle if the filters are that clogged.

Finally got a chance to use my gantry, definitely the easy way to load the truck!. Hauled the snowblower to my buddy's place to get it going. Tore it apart and cleaned the points, once I clean the tank out it should be all set. Not bad for free!

That's another reason why I gave up after getting more than enough fuel to get to the next town.

I miss working on my truck especially seeing people like Nitroguy ripping through it. I took a different position at work October 1st and have been working non-stop since then.

Only bright side is, for undetermined reasons at this time my custom intake does not sit on the heads properly, so my old intake has been at the fab shop ~month, but I did say no rush because of what's going on at work.

In the last month I got a hydroboost unit from a super duty truck and the proper reservoir, thanks Wes.

I made my temporary coolant overflow until eBay decides to send me the one I bought. I also put a 13lb radiator cap on the truck and added some coolant. Had a bad leak from the bottom hose and what do you know, seems like the 16lb cap was causing it.

I’ve also been adding to my “survival kit”, I’m pretty confident in it. It’s all stuff I’ve needed before when something happened. Oil, power steering fluid, brake fluid, and a little air compressor

Can someone with an unmolested truck show me a pic/ how the path and how the hard-line gets from the driver side frame to the lift pump from the factory?

I don’t have a photo on me but it goes across the engine crossmember. I actually have the metal line.
