I just chatted with RC again. They confirmed that they do use the same spring for their F250 and F350 kits. They sent my pictures to their R&D team and I should hear back this afternoon, but probably not until at least tomorrow.
That would explain a lot. Clearly their crack shot engineering team dropped the ball on this one.

Well it looks like they are closed now and I haven't heard anything, but I figured that would be the case. Hopefully I will hear from them tomorrow.. Unfortunately this whole lift kit mess has put me behind about a month.

I am still waiting to hear back. Originally I called them but have since been emailing and using their live chat. I wanted everything easily documented so that I can share my experience with everyone.

Documentation is always a good thing. It could actually be used as some leverage in a resolution if they know you will share your experience on the forum.

That's what I was thinking :) . Also, to be fair, I think a bad review should include proof. Hopefully they work with me on it for their sake because I will be posting everything here and on some other forums and facebook groups.

And since you have this on record here, you can just send them this link as proof of your attempts. They are somewhat helpful though, lets hope they come to a resolution.

Their customer service leading up to the spring issue has been great. I think they are just trying to figure out what is going on with the springs and how to resolve it, hopefully.

The three toed sloth is one of the the slowest animals in this realm, second to an engineer.

Goooood morning ! I have an update from RC. They are sending me a new set of springs. Hopefully the new springs will get this sorted out. I am very pleased that they are working with me on this. I was really hoping to not have to ditch the kit and go back to stock, or try to find a d60 swap. Excellent customer service.

While I try to get a hold of some lift brackets so that I can pull the engine I decided to pull a valve cover and have a peek...
