It’s right below my GPR on the back of the pass side valve cover, I’m guessing international didn’t do this

Blind guy trying to make exhaust manifolds? Could be an arc from a ground or some sort of disconnected wire someone was testing?

Ah I didn't think about arcing, PO dropping the glow plug 'hot' wire on there and arcing it seems like the most likely cause

I had a truck years ago that had a hole brazed shut on the valve cover. I remember pushrods like to exit there.
