Aright picked this 98 tahoe with a 350 vortec up for a decent price a couple months back drove great took me all over Montana and Idaho. Took it for a drive and had trouble getting on the highway missing and flashing CEL took it to autozone scanned it and came back with 02 sensors and injectors. Decided to throw a used spider set in to get me by $600 was a bit much at the time did the upper and lower intake gasket while I was there and a new distributor got it all back together and damn thing runs like crap rough(engine shaking like a broke motor mount) idle top speed is 30 no intake leaks took it to the shop and tech said the crankshaft was out 2” drove it home and parked it
I’m thinking it just needs timed but thoughts?

You have to use a scan tool to do a cam/crank relearn. That's the P1345. That'll probably take care of the misfire as well.
And damn that's a dirty engine. Lol
