Hello. I have a 96 F350 7.3 2wd crew cab dually. I have replaced both front and rear brakes, Also replaced the master cylinder. I still have a pedal that goes to the floor when the truck is running. I am on the 3rd master cylinder and nothing has changed. Is it the power booster bad? I am out of ideas to fix it. I also bypassed the ABS valve. Need to get this fixed soon. Any help will be greatly appericated..

I had that problem with my 84 i want through 4 remanufactured masters, if is sits to long pedal goes to the floor for a couple pumps, if i adjust rear brakes up almost tight, (with a good drag) it takes care of the problem, hope that helps.
