I can't find the button to delete some photos I didn't mean to upload in one of my albums. How can I do that?

This question isn't exactly the same but since I started this thread I'll add another question I have.
As a "Full Access Member" do I have the ability to add/upload files or pictures in a "conversation" with another member? I can see the button below to "upload a file" as a choice here in on the forum side but it's not there in my conversations. Others have added pictures to my conversations but maybe they're different kind of member?
Also I'm still wondering how to delete photos that aren't needed or accidental duplicates in my media.
