Unfortunately I don’t have an air compressor. I think the rotary hammer may have worked eventually but it was moving the truck too much on the stands.

I also may try using the oxyacetylene torch to heat it up and see if it will knock out. Does anyone happen to know how to remove the rubber bump stop? It’s hard to see but it doesn’t feel riveted but I can seem to get it to unscrew either. I’ve not tried looking it up yet as I’m still working on the other rivets.

Is there a nut on the top side of it? On the top of the lower frame piece? It sure seems like I've seen them like this, but I can't remember for sure.

So, after drilling a hole in the middle, using the oxyacetylene torch, and purchasing an air compressor and air chisel the rivets still won’t push out. I think drilling them all the way out is my only option left. ☹️

Drill them with smaller bit about 1/16 smaller than original x 1/4 deep and it should punch out w/o oversizing hole
