Has been knocking now a few days. Sounds like a rod bearing but everything I read says injectors. Is this common?

Could be fuel knock if your looking for injectors get ahold of Wes aka @Thewespaul

Crack the lines to see which one is bad , then if really want to move to a different cyl to see if the noise follows.

Injector body and fuel line will typically be very hot if it is sticking open allowing exhaust gases backing to the injector causing a knock. Can even melt the return line cap.

A bad injector sticking open will also cause pressure built up in fuel tank.
Russ, aka Type4, is also a good source for new injectors, he’s in Oregon, south of Portland.
