Here I am still playing with the 12/93 F350 7.3 turbo crewcab dually.
I thank you for taking the time to read this and any responses.
Long story short.
4X4 conversion being done with a '93 solid front axle. The rear axle supposedly has 3" blocks to raise it?
This truck is getting a transfer case added to it and I wonder about drive line geometry.

The 1994 f350 single rear wheel truck I worked on had 4 inch blocks in the rear stock. Whatever it takes to level the truck out. It will probably depend on how you install the front axle.

Driveline geometry stays the same in the rear. I recommend you get a transfer case and front driveshaft from a f350 for the rest of the swap. The f350 front driveshaft will have a double cardan joint in the shaft, and this joint is more forgiving for mis-alignment in the front geometry. Remember, the angle of the pumpkin in the front also affects your caster spec up front. So get this straightened out before you get the front aligned at the shop.
