Can someone tell me what all vacuum lines I have?

Size of lines, how many. Etc.

92 f250 7.3 NA

I doubt if anyone has an exact knowledge. Mine could have stuff on it yours doesn't etc. If I could just get a good guesstimate of what size of lines, and how many feet of each needed, that would be great.

Thank you. :D

Not really sure on sizes, going all from memory about 6 feet of line from the pump to the brake booster. It's split at the manifold on the firewall. It's something like 1/2" or 3/8".

The vacuum line for the HVAC is a nylon line, probably around 1/8"

Cruise control probably has around 6 feet of line between all the pieces. Somewhere around 1/4". There's a piece from the manifold to the vacuum canister, then a piece to the cruise solenoid, then a piece from there to the purge switch above the brake pedal.

Sorry but that's the best I can do for you now...

Which vac line? There's a lot of different sizes. The biggest being the ones coming off of the vac pump and off the brake booster are 3/8" as I recall. There are pretty small ones going to the throttle thing too, I forget the exact name. There's at least 4 sizes total, if not 5.

if you have hydroboost and electric cruise.
you only need a 1/8" line that goes to 2 or 3 spots for HVAC...
the rest... delete.

The only ones I have ever had issues with are the white nylon ones around the hvac box. The white nylon is so UV vulnerable that is has turned to dust where the sunlight comes in the gap between the fender and hood. The tubing is 1/8 OD so the vacuum hose should be 3/32. Vacuum hose comes 1/32 under the size of the nipple.

Not sure if it helps, but I ordered 50' of motorcraft hose for $63 bucks a while back and it's the only size I needed. Also replaced the "coffee can" reservoir. Hose part# was DOPZ-12226-B
