93 F350 Tach not working

My 93 F350 7.3 needed the trans rebuilt so I pulled it and had it rebuilt. I put it back in and now the tachs not working and of course the trans isn't shifting property. I pulled a good sensor and that's not the problem, I also checked fuses all where good.
Is there anything the trans could do to stop the tach from working?

Check out the connectors on the trans. Make sure you haven't bent a pin, or something.

Check the Relay and the fuse for the TECA. The Tack signal goes through the transmission computer before it foes to the dash. Also a very dimly glowing O/D Off light is an indication of no power to the TECA.
