I noticed this weekend after my truck for maybe 30 minutes when I stopped and checked the oil I noticed a large amount of water/ moisture on the dipstick. It’s not antifreeze and the radiator is full of antifreeze and the truck did not over heat or have any problems. Runs and idles great. The truck has been sitting for a little over a month since the last time it was started and ran. It’s a 7.3. Any ideas as to what could cause all this moisture?

Do you have short commutes, or does the truck get up to running temp and maintain it for a bit normally?

The oil needs to heat up to "burn" off the condensation. Short commutes won't get the oil hot enough to get it evaporated off (I have this problem with my commute length)

Then yes, it's just condensation. If it was milky it might be a problem but like everyone else said, drive it and let it evaporate off.

My wife's old car looked like it had a coolant problem. The only problem was it was a tiny aluminum engine and it was ALL short drives. Drove it on the highway for a while with a fresh oil change and it cleaned itself up, just never got warm enough.

Said it was sitting for a month, but also how old is the oil? (Mileage and months) may be time for a change.
I would double check the coolant temp when warm, along with fan clutch operation. Make sure it's not staying locked.
