turns out the belt I got was a little short.
so I was able to delete the vacuum pump!
still waiting on my AC delete pulley and alternator pig tail.
find out what the hell is going on with the bran new glow plug system...

altho I suspect the issue is that calvin hated glow plugs and serp.
he's gonna kick my A$$ when I see him!!

got some time to change glowplugs today, well that didn't solve it.
standard controller = garbage
BDW controller = garbage.
glow plug harness ohm'd good
controller UNK!
got a motorcraft controller on order.

mocked up a set of 40/20/40 SD seats, but they don't fold forward :(

the center hole is a riveted stop for the back. you can see a rivet just like in (pic # 2)
drill that out and remove the piece inside, a steel sleeve.

the rear seat bolt is also another thing that makes it not fold forward.
so I welded one side to the seat base, and made a bracket to hold it to the base.

now the back locking mechanism will allow it to fold forward:cheers:

glow plugs are now fixed.
power steering is now golden.
super duty seats now installed.
not too bad for a super cab, took me forever tho.
