headliner is falling down in a lot of spots....almost ready to just rip it off.

what options do I have?

I've been looking for a complete interior to swap over, but no luck so far.

Peel the boarders of the fabric all the way back, spray the foam with 3m spray glue and smooth over with a pice of cardboard or something. Not your hand, it will leave hand marks and dents in liner.
