Hey gang. I was on a lot a few years ago (circa 2015-2017) but I can't find my login info and the 'forgot password' utility here on the site won't seem to send me an email (have tried several times over 2018-2019) so i finally caved and set up a new account. (update: it finally worked, so "rl tn" account is back from the dead.)

Just laying that out to avoid the "new account, went right to marketplace" drama...

I joined the forums back then to get some insight into fixing up my 1993 F250 IDI (IH 7.3), and got some great advice. Fast forward a couple years, and i fixed a bunch of stuff, got some other stuff fixed for me, then HAD ANOTHER KID. That and several job changes pretty much stopped me in my tracks as far as the truck goes.

So here's the sale details.. i link out to a Google Doc and a Google Photo album because I'm geeky like that. I'm hoping to get out of it MOST but not all what i put into it.

Asking $4,000 obo.

Rich (Knoxville, TN)

Details, mostly in the doc - LINK

I haven’t started or driven the thing in over a year, but when I last did, it ran well, although a bit rich… It has a lot of torque, and the new AC had blessedly cool air flowing quickly. I can’t get it started right now, but haven’t tested power, fuses, fuel or air.

Things like turn signals, lights etc. work.

No stereo head unit currently, but i did replace the speakers and wiring.

There’s a dent in the rear quarter panel on the passenger side, and one on the extended cab panel on the same side. The hood has a bend and doesn’t shut tightly but is quite stable. the tailgate is finicky, and the 4wd needs the connecting rod between the in-cab shifter and the transmission to be attached, but i can vouch for the 4wd WORKING in all speeds.
