The dash is in good condition. No cracks. What color are you looking for? This one is red. The steering column is tilt with cruise and it's nice and tight. I'll have to check on the bumper , i don't know what condition it's in. I'll post a bunch of pictures tomorrow morning.

Thanks!

I have a gray interior, but this dash has been painted and the color match is great.

I forgot to upload pics yesterday, sorry. Here's a few. The dash is dirty but in excellent condition.

Looks like I will be able to start the drive north around October 12-13. After thinking on it a little bit, I will bring the truck mostly together, we can swap beds there if it is Okay with you. Or just put yours on top of mine for the drive home.
Driving without a bed at all is a little tricky with the fuel hoses flopping around and tail lights held on with zip ties.

Ok, sounds good! Both days work for me :) . Looks like as of now the weather should be decent that weekend. I don't have a truck any more so I don't have a way to haul stuff to the scrap yard. But I can rent a truck later if needed. It would be great if we could strap it on top of yours, but I don't know if the cherry picker will lift it that high. We can try to get it up there, and if we can't get it we can just swap them out. You might want to pre-break loose your bed bolts though. I don't have the electric impact I used to break mine loose anymore.

No problem, I will break loose the bolts. Maybe just stacking the beds would be simpler than trying to replace one. If we can turn yours upside down, I can clamp them together, take it back like a camper shell.

Some boards in the stake pockets work great for this. Been there done that.
