Well since Justins ban came up,,,, The thursday before Calvin passed, he and I were discussing inviting Justin to the forum if he wished to return. Since Calvin had talked with him and the exact quote from Calvin" hes matured considerably since the early days".
We thought it would be a good asset, but that is now out of my hands.
Admins its your call.
LIKE ME, Justin has a full time job, is at the mercy of suppliers and any of us in business knows how that can mess up any scheduling.

R&D is absolutely still in business. It is just a one man show, and that makes it hard to complete orders in a timely fashion, especially when your suppliers of various parts simply arent getting you parts fast enough. It sucks there is a wait time, but in my opinion it is well worth it for the quality he puts out. He is taking over the phone orders for his wait list, but he can be hard to get ahold of on the phone. It really is a catch .22. I can tell you from talking with him, that he likes it even less than his customers for it to have to be that way, and he is doing everything he can to change that.

I used to be anti R&D, mainly because of customer service.
boy has he turned that around!
parts still lag, but he does get ack to me now a days.
I fully support him and his business!
ive even met him in person.
business is a ****** no matter what angle you try to look at it.
he does what he can, and lately, he's gone above and beyond with me...

Even if the admins did decide to let him back on, would Justin have time to get on here as busy as he is? I'm not trying to push the admins either direction. I just had this pop into my head.

Probably not, he doesnt post on FTE anymore either and was a welcome addition to that forum. Lots of turbo/dyno/performance info from him over there for those of you with a even a yellow belt in google-fu.
I appreciate Russ sharing that about talks with Calvin, etc.

I haven't bought anything idi related yet but he helped me get a IP for my Jetta TDI and it was fast service , he got me a good deal, and the pump performs amazing it really was a pleasure doing business with Wes I just wish I had more money to throw his way to get my idi where I want it

You and me both. I keep hoping that I'll come up with another IDI truck to build up so I can try some of his different things.

I think this one will be fairly close to where I want it after the turbo goes on.

I told the wife if we win the Lotto I'm taking my truck to him for the works lol. I wasn't jealous until he posted that video of @rewbrooks50 truck. The sound of that turbo spooling... -Drool
