Got a nice new inspection sticker in the window today.

I showed up and the mechanic said "boy you must have strong legs!"

Apparently it's not just me and the clutch IS a little stiff LOL he's an older, short guy and couldn't get the seat to move. Said he had to pull himself against the steering wheel to get enough force to push clutch down. I'm laughing just typing this LOL

I just told him you get used to it. It's not quite as stiff as the International at work!

Mine got this way and a month later the throwout bearing screamed like a train with all the brakes locked up. I hope yours isn't running out of grease. Those things suck.

Dog and I got a big load of cut blocks from the local sawmill. I am always amazed at how much better the truck rides when it has over a ton in the bed vs. empty.

Who did you use? I used safelite and I think I have a leak. Have to check it careful to be sure it’s not a cab light but I don’t think so.

Westminster auto glass did the wife’s a couple years ago and I was not at all happy with the work.

Westminster. How long ago? Jeremy bought it out from the original owner's son. (Westminster Glass & Mirror and Westminster Auto Glass had the same owner. He died, son did not want the auto side) I am pretty damned pleased at the moment. He said most likely with my surface rust Safelite would have rejected the job on site. I think he said it has only been the last 3 years or so that he has owned it. He lives off of Stone Rd, I watched his house being built. Worst case I'll stalk him if I have problems.

It’s been longer than 3 years. Wife took car to the shop for a stone chip fix. They did a poor job on the fix and it cost me a new phone for her. Guy got in the passenger seat and sat on it, knocked it into the parking lot and ran over it at least once. I was not happy. I may have to give them a try again if they’ve changed hands. Safelite is like 24 square inches of rust before they reject it. If mine wasn’t a reject, I’m sure yours was good. We did a good bit of cleaning and priming on mine. I don’t think he got the windshield seated. It took him 2 tries to get it up on there and placed right. Dude was not nearly big enough for that piece of glass. I don’t know why he didn’t use the helper gadget that sucks onto the window.

Mine hasn't gotten any harder since I bought it a few years ago. It's just always felt a little stiff. Thanks though, I'll keep an eye on it!

I'll see if I an get a pic of a truck I keep seeing in town it's a white Ford and it took me a few times to really understand what was up with the streaks all over it this gumy must park it in the feild with the cows because they lick the salt off of it and it leaves a funny pattern

Just ponied up $300 for everything to rebuild the AC in my truck. The wife will be happy this summer but the bank account isn't exactly thrilled with it...

Buy once cry once right? Bought new everything except for the compressor which I bought a reseal kit for. Hopefully that's all it needs. Have a hard time justifying a $200 compressor when a seal kit is $14 and bearings are cheap...
