lookin for a set of 460 heads for my boat build,
ideally I want the d0ve-c heads as the short block I acquired has +22 cc dish pistons.
but any head with a 72-75 cc chamber will do. d9ve's?
I have valve train for early and late.
thanks!

Where on the head does it say? Any particular years those heads came from?

casting number should have it above the 2 center exhaust ports.
only ones ive seen without a number there are the same d3ve's with have too big of a CC for me.
I found the heads without a number like pictured, will have the casting number on the bottom of the intake runners. (stupidest place ever)
yes this is for the day cruiser

I may have a set, if not I know someone in Sa that does. Don’t know if you’re wanting to deal with shipping or not.

Taking an inventory between myself and some bbf buddies, no one wants to give up d0ve's for any amount of money, cant say Im surprised, but we have some d8, d3, and c8 heads that were offered.

How bare? Like no guides etc? Still a good price imo. Will be great set of heads for a hot "cruiser"

I'm pretty sure the heads on my old wood hauler 74 highboy (not original engine) says DOVE C. The engine is a 1970's 429 from a T-Bird. While I'm not interested in selling, the info may provide you with another area for searching? 429's anyone? One negative aspect of this engine, you gotta run super unleaded 93 octane or it pings like a sob!
