Hoping the community can help me on this...really not sure how to proceed.I've searched the forums, and maybe I'm just not wording it right. I've looked online, nothing seems to fit the bill...
All of the OEM hardline quick-connects are leaking. Is there a simple way of deleting these? It seems that putting fuel hose straight over the nylon would invite more air/fuel leakage.
I'd like to avoid those "end repair kits" as they are NOT cost ineffective for two tanks plus the FSV...not to mention the fact that the OEM lines have a true ID of a smidge over 1/4 inch.

I'm thinking steel or aluminum in 3/8 feed and 5/16 return ; but how to deal with the FSV to hard line interface, where the mounting requires a 90 degree connector?
Hoping y'all can steer me straight

OEM FSV unit works...But it's mounted in the frame in such a way that it requires four 90 degree transitions, without adequate clearance for connecting fuel hoses without kinking. Its all the connections from the fuel tanks, and to the FSV that I want to eliminate. Probably should've mentioned the hours I've spent trying to pick out those O-rangs...
However, thank you, I will tag that link for the inevitable future need...

A pic of FSV not mounted to frame rail. Red Arrow is mounting holes for FSV...if I mount it to the frame the hoses inevitably kink....

Starting to think I need to relocate the FSV...even if I go "top dollar", with Quick Connect-to-AN adapters on the FSV---then AN-to-Tubing, there isn't enough room between the frame rails in the original location.

Still searching the interweb for some kinda "PushLock" to Quick Connect 90...…...

Are you saying your lines look like that right now and are leaking?
Because that is not the way it came from the factory. Someone has messed with it before and changed out the connections between the hard lines and the fsv.

No that's me trying to figure out how to get the truck back on the road without spending $200-300 for new fuel lines...I removed the original crap connects after spending hours trying to pick the old o=rings and poke new ones in (whilst bathing in diesel drippage). However, the PO did use 3/16 steel brake line to splice the rear tank...which also leaks-cuss and started me down this rabit hole....:frustrate

I replaced all the lines on my 94 with quality bio diesel rated rubber hose. At the same time I eliminated the fsv and replaced it with some ball valves. One to control supply and the other to control return. It' nice because you can pull and return to whatever tank you want.

For the time being...I've pulled the FSV...so the SuperDuke will be running on one tank. Just until I can confab a "true 3/8 feed~ 5/16 return" set of lines.

In all this tinkering and searching, I discovered that the fuel feed and return lines (OEM) are only 6.35mm...even though the connections are 3/8" and 5/16" perspectively.
