It has a little blow by but always has oils good no fuel in it

It almost sounds like it’s too advanced... do you still have connection to that two prong sensor for cold idle advance? I forgot to plug it back in after tuning the pump and it smoked a ton from being warm, yet still running the advance.

No cold start throttle advance and the timing advance I hooked up

I have to agree with Thewespaul. It does sound like a fuel knock to me too.
