My buddy has one that he’s putting on his truck but his came with the used lift he bought. my only thing is if the track bar isn’t lining up that would mean my axle is not centered properly and that would just be like a band aid for another issue? It’s really close I’m guessing my axle may have shifted from driving without it since the front shackles are flexible and everything kinda has some wiggle room I’m guessing my axle isn’t centered?

I'd take a couple measurements but 1/4 inch isn't much really. I would probably just run a ratchet strap diagonally from one side of the axle to the opposite side of the frame to scootch things over and get that bolt in. I've done worse lol.

An adjustible track bar is the cats meow, but you may just need to encourage it a bit. Try and get the middle bolt in, then use a jack to take some weight off the leaf springs and adjust the height of the truck till you get it where you can get all the bolts in. Once you have it bolted in drive the truck back and forth to get it in a neutral position for the suspension then measure to see if you axle is aligned properly.
