Ok so I have a 1987 ford F250 with The 1984 6.9 idi engine A little backstory here the truck was cranking slow so I replaced the starter started cranking faster but not really fast enough so I replaced the starter relay that’s mounted to the fender yet a little bit better but was not fast enough had the batteries tested one battery was bad replaced the battery the truck cranked over like a brand new engine later that evening I had to go to the hardware store shut the truck off for about 25 minutes then when I went to start it I heard nothing but a click replaced the starter relay that was clicking the parts store tested it and it had no Continuity through it so that was bad put a new starter relay In tried it still click pulled the starter bench tested it the starter was bad even though it was brand new three days old to be exact put a new starter in it after that the truck cranked really really fast but would not fire the truck then would not even pop start which has me very worried I noticed that one of the back injectors On the driver side was leaking I’ve had problems with air intrusion in the past and all I did to fix that was crank it and crank it until it worked its way out of the system however this time it did not work does anybody have any idea what could Be the issue my worst fear is that somewhere the engine either Hydro locked or is bound up somewhere or seized but it still cranks so I’m not sure if it would be seized because it was working perfectly that day

Sounds like you have a few things going on. IF it cranks and your lift pump is functional then you should be getting fuel at the schrader valve on the fuel filter housing. IF you have fuel to the filter then you ought to have fuel to the IP. I suppose your air intrusion issue could have worsened, possibly a lift pump failure? In the past I had to crank so long to bleed out the air I was beginning to think it wouldn't fire up again. Good luck!

Have a helper turn the motor over while you crack the lines open on the injector one at a time until you see fuel. Check all 8. Also with it getting cold If your glow plugs aren’t working it won’t fire. Try plugging in the block heater. Is it smoking while you crank it over?

When you were replacing the starter relay did you get all the wires back on properly? Almost sounds like the IP fuel shutoff solenoid isn't getting energized when the key is on.

**Edit** I see now where this was fixed in the other thread.
