I ended up honing two crap bearings out and then measured before setting up the Timken bearings! Locker is in and everything seems to be going fine. Now swapping in the 4407 transfercase to replace that 1356! THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP YOU GUYS!!!!
Thank you so much, when I took it to a shop months ago they said they’ve never seen one installed like that. So I was sent back with an empty axle. This helps so much, I appreciate it. Now to press out these bearings.

Hey all, picked up a new T case from a E4od for 75$ to replace the slipping slush box in the truck as of now. Truck’s a 87 f250 ZF5 to 1356. The cases are a bit different at the tail shaft and I do have the driveshaft with slip joint from the 4407 case... believe that’s the type of the new case.

I went with a 4” diamond eye exhaust that backed up to the banks downpipe. Honestly the 4” is overkill for the stock turbo and a 3” exhaust kit for a 460 truck would work just fine. Both are cheap options and will let the engine breathe uninhibited. I kept the muffler on because I’m getting too...

Haha no, it’s fuel line from the Facet pump to the filter. So also the starter terminal on the fender well by the battery won’t turn the engine over. Any suggestions?
