Why would you put a exhaust brake in if your not towing? Do you just have money to burn or something? Find a 215hp pump off a 96-98 manual truck (wrecking yard) it can put out alot more fuel then your pump! Why would you buy a set of towing twins if your not towing? Get the HX40 for your top turbo.
If you moved it forward (towards the front of the truck) you will gain about 40rwhp (dynoed) which is alot and you will notice it! Did you also move the AFC housing forward? If not move it forward too.My guess is the tranny isn't transfering the power to the ground, its probably just slipping...
My truck is a daily driver and it does great with the PDR HX40 it is laggier but it flows alot more air than a stocker or a hybrid, when she spools watch out. There are better turbos than an HX40. What kind of EGT's are you seeing with your current set up?
I think its great for those who are willing to pay for it, but I bought my truck for 18k used w/80K on it and an extra $45k would go along way for bombing my truck! Hell I could bomb the heck out of it and still have enough left over to buy another truck or car!

They might not make a big differance in yours because your truck already came with larger DV's he has a smaller pump so it had smaller DV's. From what I have heard it may just create more heat and not enough power to compensate for the EGT increase.
