After many hours of searching i have finally found a place that sells a factory replacement cast iron flex plate its made by the company ATP http://www.partsgeek.com/ss/?i=1&ssq=z-342&x=0&y=0 at the time that I looked it up they were going for $125- JimmyNoBoost
