    Bad Lift Pump?

    Hey guys I have a 1994 F250 7.3 idi with a banks turbo. I've been having this problem for awhile now, I have a fuel pressure gauge at the fuel filter housing and at idle I'm getting from 1-3 psi. Any type of load put on to the engine psi drops to 1 or 0 psi. Is this a sign of a bad lift pump?
