Its been very cold here and I hove not seen much in the way of diesel additive sales, but there is very little left on the shelves. I stopped to help a guy in a Dmax on the side of the road. Opti Lube?
I have tested the theory on the loss of MPG with Optilube. I tried to triple dose and see if I get more regens... Nope... I tried to put in 8 times the recommended, and no loss. What I have found is that I get about a 1/2 to 3/4 mpg increase using the directed amount and no gain using...- ISurvivedNMU

Finally dropped off my truck
That sucks... My truck was also delivered with a rattle, that i had to point out to the tech the 3rd time it went in.... But i have no problem going over Michigan hills at 70 with 8,000 pounds in tow, in 5th with 35's and 3.73...- ISurvivedNMU

Stock Air Filters
Most of the problems with these reuseable filters is that they are oiled to much... If they have too much oil, your diesel will suck the stuff through the filter since its breathing capabilities are hindered by the oil....
