The truck starts fine but as soon as i put her into drive she dies , it rained hard last night . It dosent stall out when placed into drive anymore but it wont shift out of 2nd Transmittion has had a fluid change back in may, it has the correct amount in it. No check...- Harleyje

I have been driving the 97 powerstroke for now to see how it runs , i have got a problem with the ignition the tumbler moves and the shaft goes toward the fire wall and back and the starting lights come on but thats it is there an easy fix? I have a 1993 ford f250 4x4 xlt 7.3 idi 5 speed with 220k with a dana 60 front axle and a sterling 10.25 rear 4.10 gears .i also have a 97 f250 4x4 7.3 powerstroke auto xl 150k, i would like to swap engines for obvious reasons the 93 is in way better shape .
