Tire separation again!
You may actually have too much pressure in them a 80#. According to the tire makers for the LTX 235/85/16 Michelin I run, I should be running about 35# - 40# in the duals. At 80# they have little flex and I would guess that they would be more prone to bruising on potholes, railroad tracks...- Big Red CC Dually

Brake problems
Sorry I didn't see this earlier...If the vacuum pump is good it will "suck your finger off your hand" :eek: ;p :cool well, almost ;Sweet The vacuum you felt is not enough to activate the booster, I seem to remember at least 20" Hg is required. Trisha, The Michelin LTX MS 235/85/16 are very good tires to use on you dually for a good ride, great wet traction, and long life. Oil leak?
"you can see a little oil dripping down the side of the tranny and going over the starter" You have to have a leak for that to happen...it could be fuel from the weep hole of the pump, or oil from the EBPV actuator under the turbo. The oil, or fuel will puddle in the valley if in front it is...- Big Red CC Dually

Isspro TTM in cold weather?
The turbo could potentially be hot in cold weather too....no help on the switch but why the TTM if you aren't going to use it? If the temp you are monitoring is cool enough the engine will shut down right away, if not it'll run until it is.- Big Red CC Dually

I agree with Mike (95_stroker) on a fuel delivery problem, perhaps the fuel pump is short for this world. You should have minimum of 40 psi fuel pressure at idle. If you were to install a test gage with a hose to enable reading outside the engine bay while driving, it would verify if the pump...- Big Red CC Dually

EGT limit
RED, With a stock truck it is not an issue, the U-Hauls are stock. It's when you add a hot chip, or injectors etc. that there starts to be a problem...especially if the original down pipe in a 94 - 97 is still in place. Try a set of injectors, hot chip and original down pipe with a load up...- Big Red CC Dually

Roy, I think Renegade has had some success cleaning the "God Wand" turn/hi-low beam, wiper control etc. etc. switch. If not Patrick Feeley (sorry Patrick if I misspelled it) on TDS has done it.
