My boss and I were racing about 2 months ago. My 93 F250 7.3 turbo, ZF5-s42, 3.73 rearend, all stock with 250,000 miles on it. His 2017 Chevy Silverado stock 5.3. I was leading all the way! I just rebuilt an E4OD out of a 93 F250 4x4. It had been rebuilt by one of the previous owners so I can’t really say how many miles were on it. Give me a damn Christmas starter recommendation.
Just replaced my OE starter(with nose cone) with a gear reduction starter from O’Riellys (without nose cone)! Bolted right up with no problems, works like a dream, never knew that engine could crank that fast! My recommendation is new gear reduction starter!- Big Daddy John
