I went to a you pull yard, sawed off the axle ends for the flange and everything for the brakes, 07 and down 08 uses a larger rotor. Had a spare set of hubs drilled the same bolt pattern on center six holes each for oem studs pressed from the wheel side. May need to machine the back side...
I used the econoline rear dual piston on two duallys one hydro one vacuum boost. Did change to the superduty 1 3/8 master cylinder on both. Haul a 3 horse mid tack weekender gooseneck, the hydro definitely stops better but vacuum one is still better then the drum. I didn't like that the kits are...
As far as rear disc brake use the e250, e350 brake parts that are usually pretty cheap at a u pull yard. It is same bolt pattern and almost bolt on other then the flange on the axle. Plus side is it's all Ford parts.
Use a small mirror in between the ecm and fender to find the code/ numbers. Also 94 down uses a 64 pin ecm plug, 94.5 uses 128 pin. Also the idm is on the drivers fender under the hood hinge. The idk did come with serpentine belt in like 92.
You would have to "fit" the 99 wiring to your cluster and plug locations on the firewall, or use the 95-97 complete wiring and convert the injectors to single shot. Not sure if the solenoid pack in the trans would have to changed or not. Was your 92 converted to powerstroke? If that's the case...
You would have to fit the 99 wiring into the obs to make it work, the 99 trans uses two extra sensors that 97 down don't have. Otherwise go single shot injectors and your trans with the 95-97 wire harness and ecm
All E250/350 are the same pattern, also Dana 60, E450 Dana 70 or 80 not sure, it has a 4 inch axle tube. Didn't measure spring perch difference as the chassis is wider. Mine is a dually, I had some machine work on the hubs and put a three inch wheel spacer behind the hub to push the rotor back...
Hello, new here, I used the e350 van set up on my 93. All parts from a u pick yard, a bit of work but worth it. Also modified the booster for the 99 up master cylinder
