just my 2 cents but my truck sat for awhile and when I installed the cummins I had a fuel leak where the return lines connected. I found that the return line was clogged between the front of the truck and the tank. I blew it out with and air hose and so far no more problems. You might check that...
Well Im totally sold on the cummins. I had a 97 cc 7.3 and it would run a hole in the wind.WHEN IT WAS RUNNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I have the cummins and it only takes one wire to make it run and Im gettin 23mpg out of a F350 dually ext.cab.
Mine is dually and I find that its not any harder to get around with the hips. Contrary to what everyone is saying about mud, Mine is 2wd and I have pulled srw trucks 2wd and 4wd out with no problems. Also as 94f450 said the hips are ****.
Has anyone used this product and if so is it sufficient to mix with existing oil or do I just need to add friction modifier to my oil. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
I think we figured it out. Fordsandguns came by and looked at the seal too and we both think the box had the wrong seal in it. The only # we found on the seal was not the # on the box so pretty sure thats the deal. Thanks FandG and TC for your help.
