Rallies, Get-togethers, meets etc........

I know historically the IH IDI section gets the bulk of the web traffic here, but I am trying to reduce the load of stickies you are seeing every time you drop in. Can we try having people check in at "events and get togethers" and as the event approaches within six months of the big date, I move it back here?

I noticed the Texas meet thread got a lot less traffic when it was first moved out of the idi forum, but with new events popping up it makes sense to have a dedicated section for these things. I think with time it will be a section that gets more traffic, just like the lounge.

I think the 6 month move is plenty fair

i think it is fine, but i do like the suggestion that we keep one link in the top to help keep some advertisement for activities in the high flow traffic area. some of the sub forums can get left behind or really quiet.

Not much issue woth covid aside from the usual suspects These days. Probly fuel cost
