Tried it. Still nothing.

Just to be sure. You had a jumper wire from the battery positive post to the front connector, the one toward the front of the truck, and tried to fire it up with that jumper in place. Right? When you touched the jumper to that front connector did the IP make a distinct clicking sound? Does the engine turn over fast when you crank it?

I have a very little amnt of fuel seeping at injectors when bleeding them. (Dont really recall how much was there when initially started after rebuild to compare)
Yes. Hot wire from battery to front connector on top of ip. definitely clicking. Cranks over as fast as it did when it was running. Has 2 new batteries. I havent had much time to look at it, busy pouring concrete. Have bought a new ignition switch, yet to install.

You won’t have a ton of fuel when cranking, but you need ~250 rpms when cranking to produce enough pressure to fire the injectors. If you got fuel at the injectors, and enough rpms it should fire up
