Here is the exact item I bought from ebay to start my project.
Once I took delivery of it, I realized that I would not be able to make this work with 3" pipe. By coincidence, Ron had taken delivery of a kit of some kind that contained identical pieces that were 2.5". This was the diameter I needed to get everything to fit. The Hypermax pipes are 2.25", so there is a transition boot needed betwen the Hypermax parts and the pipes I used. So Ron and I swapped all our pipes, boots, and clamps, and I ended up with basically just the intercooler from that kit. I then needed a variety of adapters and elbows that did not come with Ron's stuff, so I ordered them piece meal from siliconeintakes.com . Boy let me tell you, a lot of those parts were like $25 a pop! I don't know how much I have invested, but its got to be dang close to $700. Only about half of what a Hypermax kit is though, and I ended up with something that fits my truck. Something Hypermax couldn't offer thanks to the rare wide radiator. I had to cut back the ends of the Hypermax pipes so that they pointed in the direction I needed. That was painful, given the cost of those, I probably cut like $100 worth off.

The only parts I had to fabricate where the hold down bracket for the bottom of the IC, and the support strap for the Hypermax pipes (something I would have bought from them had I known about it). I would not have known what part was needed there if it were not for the pictures Chris posted in my intercooler pictures thread. I used all the piping that Ron sent me except for one or two pieces, and I ran out of streight sections and so I cut down some of the curved parts and used just the streight ends on them. Many of my connections lack a sealing lip, so I'm crossing my fingers that I don't blow a boot off.
