Oh no lol.Well I'll have a look at it but man,I don't know if I have it in me to put the trans back in if I have to pull it to inspect that pump again. It took me like 4 or 5 tries the first time.:rotflmao Then another pull latter due to a cracked flexplate.I might be tempted if I find something obvious like that though. It's like the E4OD that wants to die but I wont let it.:D I may put it back in just for fun if that's sticking, even though I'm ordering all the mods and a converter to prep the reman.

Oh no worries.I've been just messing with this trans over the years to limp it along for fun. It's just for kicks and giggles for learning on.My primary truck (chip truck) sports a solid hd reman.

This one here I've been enjoying messing around with to see if I can keep it going for as long as possible because it appears to be the original to the truck with near 200k on it.
Anyone in their right mind would of changed this trans out years ago lol.Especially if it's ware on the clutch discs look anything like the original pump I pulled.:D

I know nothing about auto transmissions. Other than they take ATF.

But would a solenoid hanging up reset itself when the engines turned allowing the system to bleed pressure and reset the solenoid?
