So to instal my intercooler piping I maybe remove my fan shroud and this will make my life much easier in fitting my intercooler around the wide radiator, question is how much will this effect my cooling? I don't tow heavy just small stuff now and again and bedfulls of scrap metal.

Yes. Yes it will, I removed mine when I first installed my turbo but missed it ever since and just now found a replacement. I cut the shroud into upper and lower halves and used a buckle to latch them together for easy removal

The fan shroud on these engines is very important. It helps direct the airflow from outside air thru the radiator. Without it, the fan won't be able to pull air thru the radiator fins efficiently.
It also acts as a safety shroud for when your working underneath hood with engine running. These fans can easily remove a few fingers because the spinning fan is kind of hard to see when the shroud isn't there.

Could take it out along with the fan. And put in electric fans. - $$

But some sort of shroud is necessary.

Ohh I knew what they were for just didn't know how much it affected these motors, my bronco only has a half fan shroud and never had my problems but I didn't know how much it would affect my 7.3. I'll finish routing installing pipes tomorrow and then I'll cut/ modify shroud to allow pipes to fit I don't need much cut away from it not so it shouldn't be too bad to do. Luckily wide radiators come factory in two pieces so fan removal isn't nesecary

Weve got an old farm pickup without a shroud. Itll overheat just sitting there at idle. Not super ideal

Oh okay well I'll have to modify the shroud, is it gonna affect it much having to like 6*4 inch holes with my ic pipes kinda in them I only need to have like 1 inch more clearance at the bottom of my shroud to allow passage of my pipes under core support

I think you'll be fine. Your intercooler pipes will help take up some of the space you lost when cutting the pieces out.

It's waiting till I order the 90' boot reducers in but mounts are made piping is half assembled waiting to go in but will take pictures to help others out with cooling the wide radiator trucks. In all I will have paid like 350$ to intercool my truck!

My 88 didn't have a shroud since I ripped it off like 5 years ago when I first got it.

I did keep the top 4 inches of the shroud just to keep fingers out of the blades... got whacked in the finger while messing around at idle and man did it HURT for a bit.
(it didn't bruise or anything, just hurt for a bit)

Never had any issues with cooling, generally speaking.

I've had to back off a couple of times when the temps hit 220F(which I probably could have gone further), but those were when hauling a heavy load up a long grade in the middle of summer(so 90+F outside).
That was also at 250 RWHP, so basically double the amount of heat going through the engine as stock...

My '93 has a shroud, but that's more because I haven't needed the clearance yet.

So, my answer to the OP is:
Remove it if you want.
If you start running into issues, put it back in some form or another.

I was probably gonna remove it instal cooler and drive around and soon she modify it and put it back in sounds like it's probably no gonna be an imeediate problem, all the cooling system is
Otherwise pretty much new except radiator
